LifePoint Church was planted in the summer of 2013 with one goal: to reach our community with the gospel of Jesus Christ. Since then, God has moved our church from the cafetorium at Oconee Christian Academy, through a merge with the former Bounty Land Baptist Church, and continues to bless our family with a deepening spiritual growth and passion for people year after year.
LifePoint Church exists to multiply disciples of Jesus Christ, in alignment with His final command:
“Therefore go and make disciples
of all nations, baptizing them in the name
of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.”
Our plan to accomplish our purpose is to love God and others, share the gospel and our resources for the cause of Christ, and live life together in biblical community:
"Because we loved you so much,
we were delighted to share with you
not only the gospel of God
but our lives as well."
1 Thessalonians 2:8

Where should I go when I get there?
Do you have anything for kids?
Absolutely! KidzLife is an excellent place for children to have fun, meet new friends, and (most importantly) learn about Jesus in fun and creative ways. If you are planning to take your children to KidzLife, be sure to arrive about 5 minutes early to go through our first-time check-in process!
How long is the service?
What should I wear?
The Bible doesn't demand that we wear our best outfit to church - God would much rather us come as we are. So don't feel like you have to dress up. In fact, most people wear casual clothing. The most important thing for us is that you wear whatever makes you feel comfortable!
