About LifePoint

The point of LifePoint is to
love, share, and live like Jesus
to make disciples of Jesus.

Our History

LifePoint Church was planted in the summer of 2013 with a desire to impact our community with the message of Jesus. We felt that God had stirred our hearts around a single verse:

"Because we loved you so much, we were delighted to share with you

not only the gospel of God but our lives as well."

1 Thessalonians 2:8

Thus, LifePoint Church was built around a simple idea: to love like Jesus, share like Jesus, and live like Jesus to make disciples of Jesus.

Since then, God has moved our church from the cafetorium at Oconee Christian Academy, through a merge with the former Bounty Land Baptist Church, and continues to bless our family with a deepening spiritual growth and passion for people year after year. We gather together on Sunday mornings at two campuses on the same property, and then meet throughout the week in small groups of community.

We firmly believe in Jesus as the Son of God, and in His life, death, and resurrection. We are committed to living by His teachings found in what we believe to be God's inspired Word, the Bible.

Our Leadership

LifePoint Church is led by an annually-elected Leadership Team comprised of 4 senior staff members and 3 lay elders. They are joined by an annually-elected Board of Trustees, comprised of 4 lay elders.

Sunday Gatherings

LifePoint Church is located in the heart of Oconee County at 1926 Blue Ridge Boulevard, Seneca, SC, 29672. We are one church family that utilizes two buildings to gather on Sunday mornings. Both buildings have similar worship experiences and in-person teaching. The Gym Building has service times at 9 & 10:30 AM. The Brick Building has a service at 10:30 AM.
